I fully endorse Bobby talking in limited hangout story-talk—when it's aimed at a major foreign criminal organization—in this case, The WHO—that Trump's pulled funding from
Let's eavesdrop in on the message being broadcasted... and, just as important, let's also simultaneously intuit what The Place from which the message is being broadcasted from, is telling us...
(This is Part-2; for Part-1, go here)
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Working from inside his rectangular, Brutalist egg, Bobby makes a video… explaining to foreign adversaries both abroad and ‘stationed’ as spies in the US, and to law-abiding American citizens loyal to the US, why President Trump is pulling/has pulled US funding from The WHO—a major criminal organization of the UN…
His 6-min recorded speech (below) is couched in “limited hangout story-talk”.
This is foreign policy—the statecraft craft of spies, complete with intrigue, and cover stories—some of which are limited hangouts… black passports, and diplomatic bags…
Limited hangout cover stories are a tool. It OK to use that rhetorical tool on foreign adversaries.
And yes, we acknowledge, for the past 100-years, it easier than ever for a US citizen to eavesdrop on the messages being directed overseas—whether using the shortwave radios of the past, or the internet of today.
But today, in the 21st Century, the battle field is now everywhere, all places.
So, Bobby’s message is also being broadcasted to foreign adversaries (spies) ‘stationed’ in the US.
And, loyal, law-abiding American citizens are free to eavesdrop… but, when eavesdropping, do so in an active-listening manner—bear your whole experiences and knowledge of rhetoric, persuasion, and logic, when you turn your ear to what’s being said… below.
What follows is the transcript of Bobby’s speech. If you really wish to listen and watch him say it, then, OK, the video of him doing so is here. But maybe reading it, instead, first, before watching him say it, will provide for you a slightly different experience—will let you reflect on the words more deeply, as you eavesdrop…
Bobbly delivers bombshells in his speech. The limited hangout words and phrases act as a camouflage to soften the blow to the ears of the uninitiated…
Here’s the list I compiled of the limited hangout words and phrases used in Bobby’s speech. Again, it’s just statecraft to use these words. A diplomat on a diplomatically credentialed mission. Here’s the list. Don’t put weight into these words: OK, here they are—the limited hangout words and phrases used:
virus; corona virus; covid; human to human transmission; biolab created viruses [that kill people]; bat to human transmission; the eradication of smallpox [through vaccination]; pandemic preparedness; chronic disease [instead of saying ‘symptoms of poisoning’]; autism [instead of saying ‘poisoned by vaccine injection’]; HIV; diseases of pandemic potential
Bobby’s speech (on Tuesday)—in response The WHO approving the so-called ‘Pandemic Agreement’ (on Tuesday): (news report on the agreement, here)
0:00 To my colleagues in public health, I'm 0:02 Robert F kennedy Jr the US Health and 0:05 Human Services 0:07 Secretary. As you know, President Trump 0:10 has made the decision to withdraw the 0:12 United States from the World Health 0:15 Organization [remove US funding]. I'd like to take this 0:17 opportunity to offer some background to 0:19 that decision and more importantly to 0:21 chart a future path toward global 0:23 cooperation on health and health 0:26 security. Like many legacy institutions, 0:28 the WHO has become mired in bureaucratic 0:32 bloat entrenched paradigms, conflicts of 0:35 interest, and international power 0:38 politics. 0:40 While the United States has provided the 0:42 lion share of the organization's funding 0:45 historically, other countries such as 0:48 China have exerted undue influence over 0:51 its operations in ways that serve their 0:54 own interests and not particularly the 0:56 interests of the global public. This all 0:59 became obvious during the COVID pandemic [scamdemic] 1:01 when the WHO, under pressure from China, 1:05 suppressed reports at critical junctures 1:08 of human-to-human transmission and then 1:10 worked with China to promote the fiction 1:13 that Covid originated from bats or pangolins 1:16 rather than from a Chinese government 1:18 sponsored research at a biolab in Wuhan. 1:21 Not only has the WHO capitulated to 1:23 political pressure from China, it's also 1:26 failed to maintain an organization 1:28 characterized by transparency and fair 1:31 governance by and for its member states. 1:35 The WHO often acts like it has forgotten 1:38 that its members must remain accountable 1:40 to their own citizens and not to 1:43 transnational or corporate interests, 1:46 Now, I believe that for the most part the 1:48 staff of the WHO are conscientious 1:50 people who sincerely believe in what 1:52 they're doing, and indeed, the WHO has 1:56 since its inception accomplished 1:58 important work including the eradication 2:00 of 2:01 smallox. To often though, WHO's priorities 2:05 have increasingly reflected the biases 2:07 and interests of corporate medicine, 2:11 too often it has allowed political 2:13 agendas like pushing harmful gender 2:15 ideology to hijack its core mission, and 2:19 too often it has become the tool of 2:21 politics and turned its back on 2:23 promoting health, and health 2:25 security. Global cooperation on health is 2:28 still critically important to President 2:30 Trump and myself, but it isn't working 2:33 very well under the WHO---as the failures 2:36 of the COVID era demonstrate. The WHO has 2:40 not even come to terms with its failures 2:42 during COVID, let alone made significant 2:45 reforms. Instead, it has doubled down with 2:48 the pandemic agreement---which will lock 2:50 in all of the dysfunctions of the WHO 2:53 pandemic 2:54 response. Well, we're not going to 2:56 participate in that. [Instead,] we need to reboot 2:58 the whole system as we are doing in the 3:01 United States. Here in the United States, 3:03 we're going to continue to focus on 3:05 infectious disease and pandemic 3:08 preparedness, but we're also 3:09 fundamentally shifting the priorities of 3:11 our health agencies to focus on chronic 3:14 diseases---which are prevalent in the 3:16 United States. It's the chronic disease 3:19 epidemic that is sickening our people 3:20 and bankrupting our health care 3:22 system. We're now pivoting to make our 3:25 health care system more responsive to 3:27 this reality. We're going to make 3:29 healthcare in the United States serve 3:31 the needs of the public---instead of 3:33 industry profit-taking. We're removing 3:36 food dyes and other harmful additives 3:38 from our food supply, we're investigating 3:41 the causes of autism and other chronic 3:44 diseases, we're seeking to reduce 3:46 consumption of ultrarocessed foods and 3:49 we're going to support lifestyle changes 3:51 that will bolster the immune systems and 3:54 transform the health of our people. Few 3:57 of these efforts lend themselves easily 4:00 to profits or serve established special 4:02 interests. These changes can only occur 4:05 through the kind of systemic overhaul 4:07 that President Trump has brought to our 4:09 country. We'd like to see a similar 4:12 reordering of priorities on the global 4:14 stage. Especially considering the fact 4:16 that through the leadership of the 4:17 United States and funding from our 4:20 country over the past 25 4:22 years, millions of global citizens have 4:25 seen a reduction in premature death due 4:27 to HIV, TB and 4:30 malaria. Let's return to the core focus 4:33 of global health and global health 4:35 security, back to reducing infectious 4:38 disease burden, and the spread of 4:40 diseases of pandemic potential. 4:44 I urge the world's health ministers and 4:46 the WHO to take our withdrawal from the 4:49 organization as a wake-up call. It isn't 4:52 that President Trump and I have lost 4:54 interest in international cooperation--- 4:56 not at all. We just want it to happen in 4:59 a way that's fair and efficient and 5:01 transparent for all the member states. 5:04 We've already been in contact with 5:06 like-minded countries and we encourage 5:08 others to consider joining us. We want to 5:11 free international health cooperation 5:13 from the straight jacket of political 5:15 interference by corrupting influences of 5:18 the pharmaceutical companies, of 5:20 adversarial nations and their NGO 5:23 proxies. I would like to take this 5:26 opportunity to invite my fellow health 5:28 ministers around the world into a new 5:31 era of 5:32 cooperation. We don't have to suffer the 5:34 limits of a more abundant WHO. Let's 5:37 create new institutions or revisit 5:40 existing institutions that are lean, 5:42 efficient, transparent and 5:45 accountable. Whether it's an emergency 5:47 outbreak of an infectious disease or the 5:49 pervasive rot of chronic conditions--that 5:52 have been overtaking not just America 5:54 but the whole world, we're ready to work 5:56 with you. Thank you and may God bless you. 6:00 And let's all pray for the health of our 6:03 children and our grandchildren. 6:06 Produced by the US Department of Health 6:08 and Human Services.
Working inside a rectangular, Brutalist egg—revisited; Where Bobby Kennedy finds himself…

Bobby wears the skinny tie—with oxford collar, as a memorial to his assassinated father and assassinated uncle—that tie style being a menswear fashion staple that you would see those two legendary men always wearing.
There’s NO inherent architectural aesthetic grandeur in the rectangular, Brutalist egg where Bobby works (both inside and outside). Hence, he will just always be positioned in front a backdrop—with flags. The end result is a further 2-dimensional flattening which also serves to cloak the spell being cast by the building itself…
As I’m putting together this piece, (Tuesday night, May 20th), this from Jessica Reed Kraus, hits in my inbox (11:37PM ET): “[The] RFK Jr. Office Tour”:
I arrived at noon to find him on the sixth floor at his desk with Chinese food, a rainstorm moving in from the distance. Across from him sat Marty Makary and Jay Bhattacharya—both part of a newly formed coalition of formerly canceled doctors, scientists, and health experts now shaping the future of public health in this post-COVID era, thanks to RFK’s bold appointment.
Selfishly, I was seeking an office tour because I was personally curious about the building itself. I also wanted to show readers where our Health Secretary clocks in. I like knowing where our elected officials show up every day and worried he might be stuck in some stale, fluorescent-tinged government shoebox—a practical concern for anyone spoiled by California’s natural light and industrial-chic workspaces.
Much to my relief, I’m happy to report the lighting at HHS is decent [What???!!! I beg to differ!!!]. Warm lamps complement the building’s midcentury design [sic] [note: The HHS Headquarters building—known officially as the “Hubert H. Humphrey” building—designed by Brutalist architect Marcel Breuer, opened for business on November 1, 1977], but the windows are far too narrow—an unfortunate, classic [sic] Brutalist feature Bobby himself doesn’t seem particularly fond of. Bulky corners block what would otherwise be a beautiful view of the Potomac. Vases of roses wrapped in branded ribbons from foreign dignitaries sit in various stages of bloom and wilt. Three small framed flags hang behind him. The carpet is royal blue. The furniture, old. Everything in the space looks dated—but respectfully so. As in, perfectly suited to host Don Draper, if Don Draper were a politician pitching policy (not whiskey or lavish sedans) in 1969.
Article link, here. Towards the end of the article (see: RFK’S OFFICE TOUR), is a video of Bobby’s office suite on the sixth floor. Bobby takes you on an office suite tour as the video camera rolls…
As I watch Jessica’s video, it quickly occurs to me that it’s as if the ‘warm’ wood-paneled walls where installed in earnest—shortly after the building opened up for business, in order to soften the blow of the Brutalism (my current running assumption is that only the Secretary’s office suite (on the top floor, the 6th floor) has the wood paneling)… To help the Secretary and his direct staff find a sense of inner quiet in themselves, in order to free themselves up in concentration to do important work… But that this compensation of wood paneling wouldn’t even have been needed in the first place, if the building was built, say, to neoclassical standards, instead of to Brutalist standards…
There’s a certain sadness that exudes inward and outward, from the rectangular, Brutalist egg where Bobby works. As if the building’s whole existence was made to constantly whisper, “Americans, accept the new diminished status we now want you to have…” That sadness-frequency is embedded in the very concrete of the structure itself—as a perpetual generator. The building itself is a curse, and it is projecting a curse onto the humans that work inside it, and onto the humans, on the outside, who approach it or even look at it from a distance...
Recorded during the week leading up to July 4, 2025—Laura Trump for Foxnews, sits down with HHS Sec Bobby for a chat—in Bobby’s office in the HHS building (the rectangular, brutalist egg). This aired on Sat, July 5:
